The import boom makes verification more valuable, not less.

A China-linked supply chain is not automatically fake. The issue is documentation. When products are relabelled, resold, or marketed as research supply, the buyer needs stronger proof that the batch and COA actually belong together.

What to check

Ask whether the supplier can trace the batch from manufacturer to vial to buyer.
Check whether the COA is vendor-specific, batch-specific, and dated.
Treat generic purity screenshots as incomplete evidence.
Do not confuse low manufacturing cost with low verification risk.
Use the same proof trail whether the product is local, imported, white-labelled, or compounded.

The fastest safe path is still the same: batch, COA, label, payment, support, and dispatch proof before trust.
